About modification of Item 3-1 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" rather territorial jurisdiction of local courts in the territory of Ukraine before adoption of law on change of system of local courts in the territory of Ukraine in connection with creation (liquidation) of areas

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. In Item 3-1 of the Section XII "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About judicial system and the status of judges" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 31, Art. 545 with subsequent changes) figures and the words "January 1, 2022" to replace with figures and the words "January 1, 2023".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
