About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2019 No. 9

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of April 1, 2019 No. 9 "About the electronic biddings selling property in procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy)" the following changes:
1.1. in Item 2:
state subitem 2.1 in the following edition:
"2.1. the legal entities authorized by anti-recessionary managing directors on carrying out the electronic biddings selling property in procedures of economic insolvency (bankruptcy) according to service provision agreements on ensuring carrying out the electronic biddings on electronic trading platform (further - the operator of electronic trading platform), shall provide functioning of the electronic trading platform allowing to hold the electronic auction selling property according to the procedure, established by the legislation on economic insolvency (bankruptcy), with placement of the server hardware by means of which the electronic auction, in the territory of the Republic of Belarus, and also information exchange between electronic trading platform and the website www.bankrot.gov.by in the automatic mode is held. The specified legal entities also shall conform to the following requirements:
