About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning use of property of the liquidated utility organizations of general secondary education in the rural zone
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:
1. Part the sixth article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About lease of the state-owned and utility property" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2020, 4, the Art. 25, No. 50, the Art. 456) after the paragraph of third to add No. with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The relations of lease of the personal and real estate belonging to organizations of general secondary education are regulated by this Law taking into account the features provided by the Law of Ukraine "About education" and the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education".
With respect thereto the fourth - the twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth - the thirteenth.
2. Part the second article 61 of the Law of Ukraine "About complete general secondary education" (2020, 31, the Art. 226) to state sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to No. in the following edition:
"2. The property, including the parcels of land, the liquidated public, utility institutions of general secondary education or those which activities are stopped according to the decision of the founder can be used for ensuring education, rendering services in spheres of social protection, culture, sport and health care, including on the principles of public-private partnership.
In case of impossibility of use of property of the liquidated utility organizations of general secondary education in the rural zone on the purposes specified in paragraph one of this part, the relevant local council after public discussion can make reasoned decision on use of such property (except property of sanatorium schools and special facilities of general secondary education) for other requirements of public life, including by transfer to lease.
