About modification and amendments in the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In the second paragraph of part 8 of article 62 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia of October 4, 2016 (further - the Code) "either other rooms, or apartment houses in residential quarters or housing estates" shall be replaced with words words ", apartment houses or other rooms".

Article 2. To exclude from Item 1 of part 1 of article 145 of the Code of the word "in residential quarters or complexes".

Article 3. To state the subitem "b" of Item 16 of part 1 of article 147 of the Code in the following edition:

". income gained from alienation by the physical person which is considered as the builder apartment (including multipurpose) buildings, the subdivided building, stipulated in Item 1 part 1 of article 145 of the Code, to the physical person who is not the individual entrepreneur and the notary, buildings, its apartments, constructions (including incomplete, unfinished) or other rooms (without the non-residential premises which are common ownership), and also income gained from alienation by the physical person which is considered as the builder of the private apartment house, to the physical person who is not the individual entrepreneur and the notary, the private apartment house, constructions or other rooms (without the non-residential premises which are common ownership) is not considered as the deductible income if the private apartment house, constructions or other rooms were aloof within two tax years following after the tax year including date of their zavershitelny act ".

Article 4. In article 160 of the Code:

To exclude 1) from part 1 of the word "in residential quarters or complexes in the territory of the Republic of Armenia", and to add the same part after the words "directly from the builder, being the organization or the individual entrepreneur" with the words "in the territory of the Republic of Armenia";
