Article 1. No. ZR-221 "About forced execution of court resolutions" to add part 6.1 of article 67 of the Law of May 5, 1998 with the new offer of the following content: "In case of the termination of the enforcement proceedings initiated in connection with credit obligations of person, the dead who became disabled it is unknown absent or recognized as the dead with participation in fighting on protection of the Republic of Armenia or execution of alert on the line of contact with the opponent or execution of special task or owing to the attacking actions of the opponent, his spouse (spouses), the child, the parent, the grandmother, the grandfather, the sister or the brother, assumed till December 31, 2020, on Item 1 of part 1 of article 42 of this Law based on forgiveness of debt, costs for making of executive actions are not levied.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
