attracts recovery of penalty in the amount of 300 000 rubles.
2. Non-inclusion the organization of the financial market of information concerning the certain client, the beneficiary and (or) persons directly or indirectly their controlling, Article 142.2 of this Code provided by paragraph one of Item 1, in structure of information provided in federal executive body, the representative for control and supervision in the field of taxes and fees -
attracts recovery of penalty in the amount of 50 000 rubles for each fact of such violation.
3. Representation by the organization of the financial market of the incomplete or unreliable information provided by paragraph one of Item 1 of Article 142.2 of this Code -
attracts recovery of penalty in the amount of 25 000 rubles for each fact of such violation.
4. Act, stipulated in Item 2 or 3 these Articles, committed is intentional (including as a result of violation of prohibitions, stipulated in Item 2.1 Articles 142.2 and Item 2.1 of Article 142.4 of this Code), -
attracts recovery of penalty in the amount of 100 000 rubles for each fact of such violation.
