About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About licensing of separate types of activity"

Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" of June 25, 2008 (in edition of the Law of Turkmenistan of November 30, 2019) (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2019, No. 4, Art. 87; Sheets Millie Gengesha of Turkmenistan, 2021, Art. No. 2-3, 49) following changes and amendments:
in item 4 of Article 1 of the word "requirements and conditions of the license" shall be replaced with words "licensed requirements and conditions";
in Article 8 part one:
in Items 4, "requirements and conditions of the license" and "procedure" to replace the 6 and 7 words respectively with words of "licensed requirements and conditions" and "the instruction about procedure", and also in the text of the Law in state language (except Item 4) to replace the words "ygtyyarnamalylar" and "ygtyyarlylandyrylmaga" respectively with the words "Ygtyyarnamalylar" and "Ygtyyarlylandyrylmaga";
after Item 6 to add with Item of the following content:
"6-1) approves the instruction about procedure for conducting check of completeness and reliability of the data containing in the statement and documents submitted by the license applicant, possibilities of accomplishment of licensed requirements and conditions;";
in Article 18:
in part one of the text of the Law in state language of the word "ygtyyarnamanyn talaplarynyn" and "ygtyyarnamanyn talaplaryny" to replace respectively with the words "ygtyyarnama talaplarynyn" and "ygtyyarnama talaplaryny";
add with part of the following content:
"6. The licensing body for implementation of the checks provided in this Article, based on the instructions provided by Items 6, 6-1 and 7 parts one of article 8 of this Law develops and approves following:
1) procedure for conducting checks of execution by licensees of licensed requirements and conditions;
