About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About highways and road activities"

I. Bring in the Law of Turkmenistan "About highways and road activities" of March 2, 2013 (Sheets of Majlis of Turkmenistan, 2013, No. 1, Art. 5; 2019, No. 2, Art. 33) following changes and amendments:

Item 11 of Article 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

2) in Article 10:

in part one after the word of "departments" to add with the words "and the economies belonging on the property right to the non-state sector";

after part five to add with part of the following content:

"5-1. The roads belonging on the property right to the physical persons-part entrepreneurs who are engaged in business activity without formation of legal entity and the legal entities belonging to the non-state sector of economy belong to the highways belonging on the property right to the non-state sector of economy.";

To add 3) in contents of article 11 after the word of "property" with the words "also belong on the property right to persons belonging to the non-state sector of economy";

4) in Article 17:

in part four "body" to replace the word with the word "person";

add with part of the following content:

"5. The maximum amount of payment and technique of calculations for journey of vehicles for the highways relating to the category of paid roads are determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.";

Article 19 to add 5) with part of the following content:

"5. Road activities concerning the highways belonging on the property right to the non-state sector of economy are performed by the physical persons-part entrepreneurs who are engaged in business activity without formation of legal entity and the legal entities belonging to the non-state sector of economy which possess highways on the property right.";
