1. These rules of conducting monitoring of subordinate regulatory legal acts (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About regulatory legal acts".

Rules they establish procedure for conducting monitoring of subordinate regulatory legal acts by the state bodies having the right to accept them according to the competence established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and (or) developers of which were (further - authorized bodies).
These rules do not extend to the subordinate regulatory legal acts or their separate parts containing the state secrets and (or) office information.
