1. Change the Regulations on the Automated information system on creation and turnover of electronic tax waybills of "e-Factura" approved by the Order of the State Tax Administration No. 317 of June 26, 2020:
1) in Item 46:
a) after syntagma "the signed Buyer" to add with syntagma" if he accepted tax delivery note".
2. Requirements of this order to inform by publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
