About modification of the Regulations on passing of military service (training) by the military personnel of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on passing of military service (training) by the military personnel of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of July 31, 2015 No. 463 (with the changes made by Decrees of December 21, 2015 No. 715 and of September 3, 2020 No. 372), the following changes:

Item 6 after the word "Began" to add 1) with the word "suspensions";

Item 13 after words of "territorial authorities" to add 2) with the words "Administrations of Gosspetssvyaz";

3) in paragraph six of Item 16 of the word of "educational institution" shall be replaced with words "organizations of education";

4) in Item 17:

to add subitem 1 after the words "to positions" with the word of "persons";

in subitem 3 of the word "the provided military ranks" shall be replaced with words "the provided limiting military ranks";

Items 18 - 21 to state 5) in the following edition:

"18. The body in which the citizen stays on the military registry is in accordance with the established procedure informed on acceptance of the citizen who stays on the military registry as the recruit or the person liable for call-up on military service under the contract.

19. For citizens of Ukraine who are accepted on military service under the contract and are appointed to positions, the following terms of military service in calendar calculation are established:

1) for faces of ordinary structure - 3 years;

2) for faces of sergeant and foreman structure - from 3 to 5 years;

3) for cadets of organization of formation of Gosspetssvyaz - training time in educational institution of Gosspetssvyaz;
