"Article 15-1. Exchange of information between the centralized credit register, credit bureaus and credit unions
15-1.1. The credit union shall provide information on each borrower at least in one credit bureau and the centralized credit register created in the Central bank according to the procedure established by the Central bank of the Azerbaijan Republic.
15-1.2. The procedure for submission by credit union of information on the borrower to credit bureau and receipts of such information from credit bureau is regulated by the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About credit bureaus".
