About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" concerning efficiency of decision making

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About the humanitarian assistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1999, No. 51, Art. 451 with subsequent changes) the following changes:

1. To state the paragraph of the seventh Article 1 in the following edition:

"a) the companies of public organizations of persons with disability, the veterans of war and work, and also the company, organization and organization containing at the expense of budgets, the public institutions and local government bodies authorized by them".

2. In Article 5:

The paragraph the fourth to state 1) to part one in the following edition:

"control of activities of Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations operating within the powers conferred to them by this Law";

Paragraphs of the first and second part two to replace 2) with three new paragraphs of the following content:

"The Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations perform recognition by the humanitarian assistance for receivers and acquirers whose location is determined in the territory of the corresponding administrative and territorial unit:

cars for providing persons with them with disability, the children with disability staying on the registry for their receipt, and vehicles of special and specialized purpose (except taxi and cars of collection) for providing with them the companies, organizations and the organizations containing at the expense of means of budgets, public institutions and local government bodies authorized by them;
