About modification of appendix to the Regulations on procedure for stay of citizens of the Russian Federation in mobilization human reserve

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to appendix to the Regulations on procedure for stay of citizens of the Russian Federation in mobilization human reserve approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of September 3, 2015 No. 933 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for stay of citizens of the Russian Federation in mobilization human reserve" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 37, the Art. 5147).

Changes which are made to appendix to the Regulations on procedure for stay of citizens of the Russian Federation in mobilization human reserve

1. Add Item 2 with the subitem "(1)" the following content:

"(1)) to fulfill duties of military service during passing of military charges. In case of non-execution of obligations of military service during passing of military charges the citizen staying in reserve bears disciplinary, administrative, material and criminal liability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;".

2. To state the note to the specified appendix in the following edition:

"Notes:

1. The head of federal executive body in whom the military service is provided can specify in Items 2 and 3 of the contract subsidiary duties of reservists, stipulated by the legislation to the Russian Federation.

2. The subitem "(1)" Item 2 of the contract extends to the citizens of the Russian Federation staying in mobilization human reserve of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.".
