1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 6, 2019 No. 832 "About approval of Rules of transfer, realization, liquidation by means of destruction, utilization, burials and conversions of idle property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of not used defense objects" the following changes and amendments:
in Rules of transfer, realization, liquidation by means of destruction, utilization, burial and conversion of idle property, and also provision in property employment (lease) of the not used defense objects approved by the specified resolution:
state Item 6 in the following edition:
"6. The authorized body after receipt of requests for the need for idle property from the draft of the list of idle property will organize consideration of requests on commission session on distribution of idle property following the results of which lists of idle property are created:
transferred to Armed Forces, other troops and military forming, to special state and law enforcement agencies;
transferred in the OPK organization, to the state organizations of education, the museums, the specialized organization of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the MO specialized organization) and to local executive bodies;
transferred in the OPK organization in payment for rendering the services connected with providing Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other troops and military forming, special state and law enforcement agencies of the Republic of Kazakhstan with infrastructure facilities and/or property complexes and also for production, repair, upgrade and utilization;
subject to realization, liquidation and conversion.
