The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 7, 2006 No. 645 "About some questions of support of agro-industrial complex with participation of the specialized organizations":
in Rules of support of agro-industrial complex with participation of the specialized organizations approved by the specified resolution:
4) and 5) of Item 1 to exclude subitems;
2) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 23, 2006 No. 1247 "About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 11, 2006 No. 220":
in the list of joint-stock companies which state blocks of shares are transferred to payment of the placed shares of JSC National Managing Holding Kazagro, approved by the specified resolution:
5, 6 and 7, to exclude lines, sequence numbers.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
