1. In the Order of the Government No. 71/2013 about approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning, structure and limiting manpower ceiling of the Agency on drugs and medical products (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2013, Art. No. 18-21, 109), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1) in all text of the resolution and appendix No. 1 the text "The Ministry of Health, work and social protection" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Health" in the corresponding case;
2) in Item 11 of appendix No. 1 the text "the higher pharmaceutical and/or medical education" to replace with the text "the higher education in the field of medicine and/or pharmaceutics and/or medical products / biomedical engineering".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
