Based on article 50 of the Law No. 131/2015 on public procurements (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, 666), with subsequent changes, I ORDER to Art. No. 424-429,:
1. Declare invalid the Order No. 84/2016 on approval of Standard documentation for carrying out public procurements of goods, services, works by means of the procedure of competitive dialogue (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 206-214, of the Art. 1179), the Order No. 85/2016 on approval of Standard documentation for carrying out public procurements of goods, services, works by means of the negotiation procedure (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 206-214, the Art. 1180), and also the Order No. 159/2014 on approval of documentation on award for carrying out public procurements of fuel products (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 372-384, the Art. 1847).
2. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
