According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the capital markets and the organized goods markets" in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine of June 19, 2020 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning simplification of investment attraction and implementation of new financial instruments" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED No. 738-IX:

1. In paragraph six of Item 2 of the Procedure for transfer of fund of financing of the construction or fund of real estate transactions in management to other financial institution by a court decision approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 08, 2020 No. 754, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2021 for No. 147/35769, of the word of "stock market participants" shall be replaced with words "members of the capital markets and professional participants of the organized goods markets".

2. To department of methodology of regulation of professional participants of the security market (Kurochkina I. Yu.) provide:

submission of this decision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this decision on the official website of the National commission on securities and the stock market.

3. This decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over the implementation of this decision to assign to the member of the National commission on securities and the stock market Ilyin A.
