1. Bring in the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2014 No. 44 "About some questions of issue, prolongation of effective period, modification and cancellation of permission to transit of military products through the territory of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
1.1. state the name in the following edition:
"About permission to transit of military products through the territory of the Republic of Belarus";
1.2. to state preamble and Item 1 in the following edition:
"Based on paragraph two of Item 3 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 24, 2002 No. 522 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for transit of military products through the territory of the Republic of Belarus" and subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for issue, prolongation of effective period, modification and cancellation of permission to transit of military products through the territory of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
1.3. to exclude from Item 2 of the word "to this resolution";
