In the Regulations about own means of banks and requirements of the capital approved by the Resolution of Executive committee of National Bank of Moldova No. 109/2018 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, No. 183-194, the Art. 899) registered in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova at No. 1332/2018, to make the following changes:
1) In Item 13:
a) the text "adoptions of the formal decision confirming profit or final loss of bank for financial period" to replace with the text "considerations, at general shareholder meeting, the annual financial report of bank";
