About modification and amendments in the Chart of accounts of budget accounting and Methodological regulations of the organization of financial accounting and the financial reporting in budget system approved by the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 216 of December 28, 2015
According to part (2) article 11 of the Law on financial accounting No. 113-XVI/2007 (repeated publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 27-34, 61), for the purpose of adjustment of the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in budget system and Methodological regulations of financial accounting and the financial reporting in budget system,
of December 28, 2015 to make the following changes and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance No. 216:
1. In appendix No. 1 "The chart of accounts of financial accounting in budget system and Methodological regulations of financial accounting and the financial reporting in budget system":
1.1. In the first Section "General provisions",
1.1.2. Change and state item 1.5.3 in the following edition:
"1.5.3. Daily after processing of bank statements and registration of internal transactions are filled the statement from the bank account (the FD-031 form and the FD-032) form and the statement from treasury (the FD-033 form and the FD-034) form. Entries in the report of treasury are checked by the contractors responsible for treasury, with entries in the statement from bank and receipts of the executed payment documents. The statement from treasury (the FD-033) form is filled and checked on the computer screen, in case / if necessary it is unpacked and checked on paper".
1.1.3. Change and state item 1.5.4 in the following edition:
"1.5.4. After verification of the report of treasury (the FD-033 and FD-034) forms are constituted the following documents:
- o the memorial order (the FC-001) form depending on content of transactions;
- the memorial order No. 1 - for the budget account in national currency;
- the memorial order No. 2 - for the budget account in foreign currency;
