About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of state regulation of the prices

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Procedure for determination of the amount of payment for rendering the state and municipal services (work)" of October 26, 2000 No. 637 the following changes:
according to the procedure of determination of the amount of payment for rendering the state and municipal services (work), approved by the specified resolution:
- in Item 9.1 of the word "about the administrative responsibility" shall be replaced with words "about the non-tax income";
- state Item 9.2 in the following edition:
"9.2. Based on the decision of the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, its territorial subdivisions cash collection from income gained as a result of violation of this Procedure owing to variation from the regulated requirements established by the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic is subject to transfer in the republican budget in 30-day time from the date of delivery of the decision of the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic, its territorial subdivisions about withdrawal or in time, established by the state antimonopoly authority of the Kyrgyz Republic.
