Cases on the administrative offenses provided by Articles 41, 41.1, 41.2, 41.6, 42, of 43, 45-47.5, 47.7-47.13, parts 1-3, 7-9 of Article 47. 15, Articles 47.18-47. 27, 80-86 (if they are considered as violations of sanitary and hygienic rules and regulations of protection of atmospheric air), 87 (in failure to carry out of recommendations of the Inspection body exercising control in the field of health care and behind the labor law), 96.1, 152, part 19 of Article 158, Articles 158. 1, 169.5, 169.8, part 3 of Article 173. 1, Article 173. 3, parts 3, 4 and 11 Article 182. 4, parts 3 (as regards the offenses connected with acquisition and turnover of drugs), 11 (as regards the offenses connected with production and import of drugs and goods of medical appointment) and the 14th Article 182. 5, Article 198, part 3 of Article 201 and Article 213.2 (as regards drugs and property of medical appointment) this Law, considers and appoints administrative punishments the Inspection body exercising control in the field of health care and behind the labor law.
2. Consider cases on administrative offenses and appoint administrative punishments on behalf of the Inspection body exercising control in the field of health care and behind the labor law, the having the right head of inspection body, deputy managers and chiefs of the territorial centers.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
