About modification of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. The second offer of part 4 of Article 129 of the Code of civil procedure of the Republic of Armenia of February 9, 2018 to state in the following edition: "On disputes, connected with the purchases provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About purchases" and also on the disputes connected with the procedure of the choice of the private partner provided by the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About partnership the state-part sector" such measure of providing the claim which will lead to suspension of procurement process, agreement performance of purchase, the procedure of the choice of the private partner or implementation of the PGCh program cannot be applied.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
