About modification of the Section VII of the Provision on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks

According to Item 10 parts one, Item 12, parts seven of article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" the Executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved 14 parts five of Article:

1. Make to the section VII Provisions on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against March 24, 2016 No. 388, No. 606/28736 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 (in edition of the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 5, 2017 No. 1872), the following changes:

1) paragraph one of Item 3 after words of "complete payment of means for lot" to add with the words "or provisions to such bank of the open irrevocable letter of credit for benefit of such bank on the conditions determined in the decision of Fund";

The paragraph the twelfth Item 6 to add 2) with the new offer of the following content:

"If the buyer it is offered letter of credit form of calculation for asset(s) (property) of bank and the Fund made the decision on cancellation of results of open tenderings (auction), the Fund notifies such buyer on cancellation of results of open tenderings (auction).".

2. Department of methodology and strategic planning together with legal department to provide submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
