3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
4. To management of financial accounting and reporting and management of bank calculations to make necessary changes to reference books of payment codes in the Ledger of National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic, System of package clearing and the Grossovy settlement system in real time.
5. To management of payment systems:
- bring this resolution to the attention of the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Central commission on elections and holding referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic and commercial banks of the Kyrgyz Republic;
- send this resolution to the Center for standardization and metrology under the Ministry of Economics and finance of the Kyrgyz Republic for the subsequent state registration in accordance with the established procedure.
6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the board member of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic supervising management of payment systems.
