About modification of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of January 25, 2017 No. 4270-U

Bring in the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of January 25, 2017 No. 4270-U "About the list obligatory for development by the self-regulatory organizations in the field of the financial market combining Forex dealers, basic standards and requirements to their content, and also about the list of transactions (content of types of activity) Forex dealers in the financial market, standardization subjects", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 5, 2017 No. 46254, the following changes.

1.1. To add subitem 4.3 of item 4 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"procedure and form of informing physical person in case of recognition by his skilled investor about effects of the specified recognition;

amount and procedure for informing the physical person recognized as the skilled investor about effects of use of the right to submit the application for exception it from the register of persons recognized as skilled investors by it;

procedure, rules and the procedure of conducting testing of the physical person which is not the skilled investor (further - testing);

lists of questions of testing, including procedure for forming of the specified lists depending on transactions and (or) agreements concerning which testing, requirements to procedure for forming of lists of additional questions of testing is held;

procedure for determination of positive or negative result of testing;

procedure for storage of data on results of testing;

form and procedure for the direction to physical person of the notification on result of testing.".
