About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service"

Accepted by Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic on July 22, 2021

Article 1.

Introduce in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About electric and mail service" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1998, No. 8, the Art. 230a) the following changes:

1) paragraphs of the thirty ninth, forty third and forty eighth Article 2 to recognize invalid;

2) Article 9-4 to recognize invalid.

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
