About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Rules of the conclusion and execution of the construction contracts approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 15, 1998 No. 1450:
in Item 14 of the word "established by the President of the Republic of Belarus" shall be replaced with words "established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus";
in Item 17:
to exclude paragraph two of part two;
in part four of the word "The Ministry of Architecture together with the Ministry of Economics, City" to replace with the word "City";
in Item 29:
after the words "Contractor", "contractor" and "customer" to add Item respectively with words ", subcontractor", ", subcontractor" and "and the prime contractor";
add Item with part of the following content:
"The right to the conclusion of the agreement according to part one of this Item does not extend to subcontractor when financing asset construction at the expense of budgetary funds.";
1.2. to state Item 20 of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance for operation of construction objects approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 6, 2011 No. 716, in the following edition:
