About modification and amendments in the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses

Article 1. In article 201 of the Code of Administrative Offences of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):
Part 3 to state 1) in the following edition:
"Execution of an employment agreement with the foreigner without document certifying the temporary residence permit provided based on the Item of part 1 of article 15 of the Law "About Foreigners", except for the foreigners having the right to work in the Republic of Armenia without such document:
attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.";
To add 2) with parts 4 and 5 of the following content:
"Execution of an employment agreement with the foreigner without use of the single electronic platform of the choice of foreign workers provided by the Law "About Foreigners", except for the foreigners having the right to work without residence permit:
attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
Repeating of the same violation within one year from the date of the infliction of penalty provided by parts 3 and 4 of this Article:
attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. Regarding 1 article 224 of the Code of the word "Articles … and 201" shall be replaced with words "Articles … and to parts 1 and 2 of Article 201".
Article 3. Regarding 1 article 230 of the Code of the word "part 3" shall be replaced with words "parts 3-5".
Article 4. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2022.
