About modification and amendments in the Law "About the State Engineering Supervision in the field of Power and in the field of Energy Consumption"

Article 1. Regarding 1 article 2 of the Law of December 14, 2004 No. ZR-36 "About the state engineering supervision in the field of power and in the field of energy consumption" (further - the Law):

Article 2. In article 5 of the Law of the word "the state body authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia (further-authorized body)" shall be replaced with words "the inspection body exercising control (further - inspection body).
Article 3. In article 6 of the Law:
1) in heading and in all text of the law of the word "authorized body" in the corresponding case forms shall be replaced with words "inspection body";

Article 4. In the first paragraph of part 2 of article 9 of the Law of the word "inspection personnel of authorized body" shall be replaced with words "personnel of inspection body", and the word "inspector" - the words "employee of inspection body".
Article 5. In article 10 of the Law of the word "Inspection Personnel of Authorized Body" shall be replaced with words "Inspection body".
Article 6. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
