About some questions of assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state blocks of shares (shares) of separate legal entities
According to Item 2 of article 166 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Transfer in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state share of Institute of Seismology limited liability partnership in the amount of 100 (hundred) percent and right of possession and use of the state share of "Seismological Experienced and Methodical Expedition" limited liability partnership in the amount of 100 (hundred) percent to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to perform the necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
