About entering of amendment into the Law "About Licensing"

Article 1. Section "9. Education" tables of Types of the economic activity which is subject to licensing parts 2 of article 43 of the Law of May 30, 2001 "About licensing" after words of "The preschool educational program" to add No. ZR-193 with the words "and (or) preschool service".
Article 2.
1. The licenses for implementation of educational programs granted before entry into force of this Law for which, according to this Law, there are new conditions and requirements (including according to preschool educational programs) within 6 months after entry into force of this Law are subject to renewal. If in the specified time of the license were not renewed, the authorized body of public administration in the field of education terminates licenses.
Article 2. In case of renewal of licenses in time, specified by part of 1 this Article, the state fee for renewal of the license established by the Law of December 27, 1997 No. ZR-186 "About the state fee" is not levied.
Article 3. This Law becomes effective in six months after its official publication.
