Article 1. In the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code):

1) in Article 137.1:

"4. Failure to provide by the organization or the individual entrepreneur performing interstate regular passenger traffic, to the inspection body exercising control in the field of transport, necessary information on the data registered by digital tachographs of vehicles or violation by crew of the vehicle performing interstate transportations, the requirements to the periods of driving of the vehicle and rest established by the legislation or falsification of the data which are written down in the card of the autodriver, registered by the digital tachograph or violation of requirements of operation of the digital tachograph:

attracts infliction of penalty in hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.";

attracts infliction of penalty in fiftyfold size of the established minimum wage.
