About entering of amendments and changes into the Law "About Road Transport"

Article 1. No. ZR-233 "About road transport" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 4 of the Law of December 5, 2006 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"crew of the vehicle - the autodriver or the second autodriver of the vehicle or the assistant to the autodriver who accompanies the autodriver for the help to it during certain maneuvers, its replacement if necessary and effective participation in regular transport actions;

the autodriver - person managing the vehicle;

the digital tachograph - the special device established in cabin or interior of the vehicle, providing permanent inviolable data recording about the vehicle speed mode, route, the section of the road passed for the established period, short-term and long-term breaks and stops;

the driving period - cumulative hours of driving by the autodriver of the vehicle after rest hours or break till the next time of rest or break;

week - the period from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sundays;

the rest period - each not interrupted period during which the autodriver can freely dispose of the time;

the regular period of week rest - time of rest lasting at least 45 watch;

the reduced period of week rest - the period of rest lasting at least 45 watch which can be reduced at least, than by 24 hours in a row.".

Article 2. In article 7 of the Law:
