Article 1. To state article 157.2 of the Code of the Republic of Armenia about administrative offenses of December 6, 1985 (further - the Code) in the following edition:

2. The same act made within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
Attracts infliction of penalty for the head of community in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 2. To state article 157.3 of the Code in the following edition:
"Article 157.3. Provision by the service performing engineering servicing, initial or specifications with violation of the procedure or terms or on illegally adverse conditions for the builder
1. Provision by the service performing engineering servicing, initial or specifications with violation established by the Government of the procedure or terms or on illegally adverse conditions for the builder:
attracts the prevention for the official of the service performing engineering servicing.
2. The same act made within one year after application of measures of administrative punishment:
attracts infliction of penalty for the official of the service performing engineering servicing, in two hundredfold size of the established minimum wage.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
