About introduction of amendments to the Order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 1, 2018 No. 171 "About approval of Rules of control of activities of private legal executives"

in Rules of control of activities of the private legal executives approved by the specified order:

state Item 17 in the following edition:
"17. In case of purpose of unplanned control the commission is formed by the order of the authorized person of relevant organ of justice of number of persons employed of territorial authority.
In case of purpose of unplanned control the commission is formed by the order of the authorized person Respublikanskoy or regional chamber of private legal executives of number of persons employed of chamber of private legal executives.
The commission for conducting checks consists at least of three people.";

"18. Subject of unplanned control is studying and check of materials of enforcement proceeding and actions of the private legal executive within the arrived claim, the address and information on the facts of the violations of legality made by it when implementing executive actions.
