About entering of amendments into the Law "About Insurance and Insurance Activity"

Article 1. In article 12 of the Law of April 9, 2007 No. ZR-177 "About insurance and insurance activity":
Heading after the word "participation" to add 1) with the words "and real beneficiaries";
To add 2) with part 4 following of content:
"4. Society or the branch of the foreign insurance company registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia shall by criteria, the established Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing", to represent to the Central bank of the information about persons who are real beneficiaries of Society or branch of the foreign insurance company registered in the territory of the Republic of Armenia according to the requirements established the regulatory legal acts established by Council of the Central bank.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
