About entering of amendments into the Law "About the Commission on Prevention of Corruption"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on May 7, 2021

Article 1. No. ZR-96 "About the Commission on prevention of corruption" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 23 of the Law of June 9, 2017 with Items 10-12 of the following content:

"10) control of donations in pre-election funds, expenses and their calculations in the cases and procedure established by the Constitutional law "The Electoral Code of the Republic of Armenia";

11) control of donations in funds of financing of propaganda, expenses and their calculation in the cases and procedure established by the Constitutional law "About Referendum";

12) control of donations in funds of financing of propaganda, expenses and their calculation in the cases and procedure established by the Constitutional law "About Local Referendum".".

Article 2. To add part 1 of article 24 of the Law with Items 30-34 of the following content:

"30) observance of requirements to submission of declarations on donations in pre-election funds of candidates, batches (blocs of parties) participating in elections and about their use checks, reliability and integrity of information containing in them and data;

31) is checked by observance of requirements to submission of declarations on donations in the fund of propaganda provided by the Constitutional law "About Referendum", about about their use, reliability and integrity of information containing in them and data;

32) is checked by observance of requirements to submission of declarations on donations in the fund of propaganda provided by the Law "About Local Referendum", about about their use, reliability and integrity of information containing in them and data;

Considers 33) and solves cases on the violations connected with pre-election funds of candidates, batches (blocs of parties) participating in elections;
