About modification and amendments in the Law "About provision of tax and customs privileges within the Dilijan International School program

Article 1. 1, of 3, No. ZR-73 "About provision of tax and customs privileges within the Dilijan International School program (further - the Law) the words "and customs" to exclude 4 and 5 Laws of June 19, 2013 from heading, Articles.

Article 2. In article 3 of the Law:

1) in the third paragraph:

"In case of implementation by the organizations of the activities (transactions) which are not connected with the program, the income tax from these activities and the value added tax from transactions are estimated and paid in the general procedure established by the Tax code of the Republic of Armenia.

In case of implementation by the organizations of the transactions which are not connected with the program, the tax liabilities of faces tied with these transactions and, according to this Article, the transactions performing earlier, tax-exempt on value added, are not subject to recalculation in this respect.".

Article 3. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication and extends also to the relations which arose since January 1, 2020.
