About modification of appendix No. 1 to the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 346-O of December 24, 2009 "About approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration"

1. In appendix No. 1 to the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 346-O of 24.12.2009 about approval of Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 197-200, of the Art. 876), with subsequent changes, to make changes of the following content:
1) In the Section III the subsection A "Instructions for Filling of the Customs Declaration of Customs Procedures of Export, Temporary Export, Re-export, Transit" and subsection C "The Instructions concerning filling of the customs declaration when importing, temporary import, reimport, goods placement on customs warehouse or free zone to conversion under customs control or other customs procedures" the text of the description of COLUMN 20 - "CONDITII DE LIVRARE" will have the following content:
"The first subsection - is specified the three-digit alphabetic code representing codification of delivery conditions according to the rules of INCOTERMS given in appendix No. 3.
The second subsection - is specified the established place of delivery of goods provided in the invoice."
2) Appendix No. 3 to Rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration, will have the following content:

2. To management of development and information security of Customs Service and public institution "Center of information technologies in finance" to enter necessary changes into the Information system "ASYCUDA World".
3. To chiefs of customs bureaus to inform customs employees, customs brokers and customs applicants from own name of provision of this order.
4. To confer responsibility for execution of this order on chiefs of customs bureaus.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on department of the income and customs control.
6. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
