About introduction of amendments to the Law "About National Pensions"

Article 1. In article 41 of the Law of December 22, 2010 No. ZR-243 "About national pensions" (further - the Law):
5 parts of 1 word of "Special investigative service" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item "Anti-corruption committee";
6 parts 3 words of "Special investigative service" shall be replaced with words 2) in Item "Anti-corruption committee".
1. This Law becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law "About Anti-corruption Committee".
2. Persons holding autonomous positions in Special investigative service after the termination of the right to pension on the basis, stipulated in Item 5 parts 1 of article 41 of the Law, in case of the address and submission of the necessary document within a month after day of release from autonomous position in Special investigative service recover the right to pension from 1 date following after month of release, and in case of the address after the expiration of this term - from 1 date following after month of the written address and submission of the necessary document.
