Article 1. After words of "the same Article" to add part 2 of article 194 of the Code of administrative legal proceedings of the Republic of Armenia of December 5, 2013 (further - the Code) with the words "parts 1", and after the word "copies" - words ", and also the original document, confirming payment of the state fee in the procedure established by the law and the size, or the corresponding code confirming transfer of the state fee into the corresponding treasurer account issued by the payment and settlement organization and if the law provides possibility of partial payment of the state fee or delay or payment by installments of payment, then the corresponding petition for it".

Article 2. In article 215 of the Code:

Part 2 after the word "documents" to add 1) with words ", and also the original document, confirming payment of the state fee in the procedure established by the law and the size, or the corresponding code confirming transfer of the state fee into the corresponding treasurer account issued by the payment and settlement organization and if the law provides possibility of partial payment of the state fee or delay or payment by installments of payment, then the corresponding petition for it";

To add 2) with part 3.1 following of content:

"3.1. The original document, confirming payment of the state fee in the procedure established by the law and the size, or the corresponding code confirming transfer of the state fee into the corresponding treasurer account issued by the payment and settlement organization is attached to the action for declaration provided by part 3 of this Article and if the law provides possibility of partial payment of the state fee or delay or payment by installments of payment, then the corresponding petition for it.";
