Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of March 4, 1997 No. 28-Z "About organ and tissue transplantation of the person" the following changes:
1. State Article 6 in the following edition:
"Article 6. The organizations which are carrying out organs harvesting and transplantation
Organs harvesting and transplantation are performed by the state organizations of health care according to the procedure, established by this Law and other acts of the legislation.".
2. In Article 11:
in part two:
words "body of the State committee of judicial examinations, to heads" to exclude;
words", body of the State committee of judicial examinations or to persons" shall be replaced with words "or to persons";
in part three:
words", body of the State committee of judicial examinations were delivered" shall be replaced with words "was delivered";
words", body of the State committee of judicial examinations" to exclude;
in part seven:

the word is notified" to replace with the word "notifies".
Article 2. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 16, 2003 No. 215-Z "About procedure and conditions of keeping of persons under guards" the following changes:
1. In paragraph six of Article 1 of the word of "cases of the Republic of Belarus", "safety of the Republic of Belarus" and "service of the Republic of Belarus" to replace respectively with words of "cases", "safety" and "services".
