I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 4, 2019 No. 359 "About approval of Rules on measurement of courts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 18799) the following changes and amendments:

in Rules on measurement of the courts approved by the specified order:

"5. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) the theoretical height of board is the distance down measured from the upper edge of horizontal Kiel to the lower edge of the main deck at board. On wooden and composite vessels this distance is measured from the lower edge of the tongue in Kiel. If the bottom on the middle of length of the vessel has the concave form or if are available reinforced tongue-and-groove being given to drink, then height of board is measured from point of intersection of the continued flat part of the bottom with the side surface of Kiel.

In the courts having the rounded-off connection of the deck with board, the theoretical height of board is measured to point of intersection of the continued theoretical lines of the deck and onboard covering as though this connection had angular design.

If the main deck has ledge and the sublime part of the deck stretches over point of measurement of theoretical height of board, the theoretical height of board is measured to the conditional line which is continuation of the lower part of the deck parallel to sublime part;

2) width - is the greatest width of the vessel measured in the middle of length of the vessel to outside edge of frames in courts with metal covering and to the outside surface of the case in courts with covering from other material;
