Article 1. Art. 1) following changes and amendment:

1. State Article 6 in the following edition:

"Article 6. Relations of local authorities of the government with self-government institutions of settlements and villages

Local authorities of the government assist self-government institutions of settlements and villages in implementation of the functions by them and according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan give them organizational, financial and economic aid.

Local executive bodies of the government of the city and area according to regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan can assign execution of some powers to self-government institutions of settlements and villages.

Local authorities of the government create necessary legal, organizational and other conditions for the organization and implementation of activities of bodies of public amateur performance and assist the population in realization of their rights.".

2. In Article 10 shall be replaced with words the word "organizational" "belonging to their activities".

3. Third of Article 31 to add part with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
