1. Bring in the Procedure for passing qualification examination by persons who intend to perform activities of the arbitration manager, No. 2535/5, approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 13, 2019 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 15, 2019 for No. 925/33896, the following changes:

The paragraph of the sixth of Item 2 of the Section II after the word "books" to add 1) with words "(in the presence) or data on labor activity from the register of insured persons of the State register of obligatory national social insurance";

2) in the Section III:

state Item 10 in the following edition:

"10. The first part of examination task includes five test questions on discipline "Bankruptcy", two answer options are applied to each of which: "Correctly" or "Incorrectly".
