About entering of amendments into the Law "About Credit Institutions"

Article 1. In article 10 of the Law of May 29, 2002 No. ZR-359 "About credit institutions":
Heading after the word "restrictions" to add 1) with the words "and real beneficiaries";
To add 2) with part 3 following of content:
"3. The credit institution shall represent the information about persons who are real beneficiaries of credit institution on signs the established Law of the Republic of Armenia "About anti-money laundering and terrorism financing", to the Central bank according to the requirements established by the regulatory legal acts established by the Central bank.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
