Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of provision from the federal budget of subsidies to federal state budgetary institution "Russian Federal Property Fund" approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 29, 2019 No. 526 "About approval of Rules of provision from the federal budget of subsidies to federal state budgetary institution "Russian Federal Property Fund" and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2019, No. 19, the Art. 2283).

1. Items 1 - 3 to state in the following edition:
"1. These rules establish the purposes, conditions and procedure for provision of subsidies from the federal budget to federal state budgetary institution "Russian Federal Property Fund" according to the paragraph the second Item 1 of Article 78.1 of the Budget code of the Russian Federation (further respectively - fund, subsidies).
2. Subsidies are provided within limits of the budget obligations brought to fund as the main manager and the receiver of budgetary funds, on financial provision of scientific, scientific and technical programs and projects which selection is performed by fund in accordance with the established procedure, at the expense of means of the grants transferred to physical persons and (or) legal entities to implementation of the specified programs and projects for the purpose of:
